Captain Thomas Bell of Coll Nathl Gists Regiment (one [of] 16 additional Corps) not being included in any State [now] Serving in the southern Army, is hereby permitted to [go] home agreeable to a Resolution of the Honorable the Congress dated 3d October last. Given in Camp at Hick's Creek on Pee Dee River, South Carolina this 21st January 1781.
