The Enemy have crossed the Catabaw this morning at McCowens Ford about five Miles below Bateys. All the Militia are desird to assemble at David Carrs on the road between Bateys Ford and Salisbury about fourteen Miles distance from Bateys Ford. They are desird to March to that place without loss of time, as it will be of importance to assemble our force as soon as may be. The defence of the fords is of no further use therefore all orders that have been given on that head are revoked.
